Called meeting March 22, 2016 (9015 Capitol)

This was a Q&A meeting between the church, its members, neighborhood organizations, and adjacent stakeholders regarding the church’s request to up-zone from SF-3 to General Retail which would allow an increase in impervious cover from 45% to 90%.

No neighborhood team action was taken. Councilman Casar’s office is gathering additional information about requirements and limits of other zoning categories. The application is anticipated to be heard by City Council on May 12.
