FUTURE LAND USE
The applicant has requested to change the future land use map from NEIGHBORHOOD MIXED USE to MIXED USE. This would allow a zoning change which would legalize the current, unpermitted, use as a tire shop.
The city facilitated a community meeting to discuss this request on Thursday, April 30, 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Little Walnut Creek Library, 835 W. Rundberg

The applicant has also requested to change the zoning on the property from LR-MU-CO-NP (Neighborhood Commercial—Mixed Use—Conditional Overlay—Neighborhood Plan) to GR-MU-CO-NP (Community Commercial-Mixed Use-Conditional Overlay-Neighborhood Plan) for a tire shop.
