9310 Georgian Rezoning (2015 case)

July 2015 Update: Withdrawn by applicant

North Lamar/Georgian Acres neighborhood plan contact team recommendation to keep the Neighborhood Commercial – Mixed Use zoning.

FUTURE LAND USE
The applicant has requested to change the future land use map from NEIGHBORHOOD MIXED USE to MIXED USE. This would allow a zoning change which would legalize the current, unpermitted, use as a tire shop.

The city facilitated a community meeting to discuss this request on Thursday, April 30, 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Little Walnut Creek Library, 835 W. Rundberg
