Who are these Rundberg people, anyways?

Rundberg census
Many of our streets are named after the families who lived on them when they were dirt farm roads – Oertli, Deen, Beaver, Grady, Turner, …

According to the 1940 census, there were two Rundberg households here. Carl A and Hannah (Berg) Rundberg, both in their 70s, were born in Sweden and married in 1885. Carl and Elsa (Nauert) Rundberg were married in 1928 and by 1940 had four children, Patsy, David, Carl Simon, and Else. Carl worked as a tractor operator for the county.

Other people in the area gave their occupations as carpenter, typist, washerwoman, farm laborer, janitor, stone mason, and concrete finisher.
