2. 9310 Georgian neighborhood plan amendment and zoning change applications from SF-3 to LR-MU
LisaH described the contact team’s outreach and discussion (in addition to city notices) including the contact team website and email list, personal mailings to nearby residents and property owners, and discussion at the July 2012 meeting.
Issues included the repeated code violations of a previous tenant, driveway access to Rundberg rather than Georgian, and screening from neighboring residential properties.
The contact team voted unanimously to support the changes applied for, with conditions including no use as group home, telecommunications tower, or drive-through. LisaH will prepare a support letter for the Planning Commission, and arrange attendance at their hearing if needed.
