    Mr Landrum wrote at the time, “We would like to build some attractive, secure storage units … that would be used primarily to store motor homes and high end boats. The area will be kept clean and would be an asset to the community.”

    Ordinance for 2005 zoning change, which includes the condition “A 10-foot wide vegetative buffer shall be provided and maintained along and adjacent to the north property line between the six-foot high fence and Applegate Drive. The vegetative buffer is subject to the Screening Standards under Section 2.9.1 of the Environmental Criteria Manual.”
