11010 Georgian zoning application

Update (June 28, 2012) City Council approved the zoning change with some conditional land uses (basically things that would be loud and so disruptive to the apartment residents to the west). This means that there would be a more specific review of the development plans if any of those uses were desired.

Zoning application to change LO (Limited Office) to CS-1 (Commercial Services with Liquor Sales)
Staff recommendation of CS-CO-NP (Commercial Services with a limit of 500 trips per day)

Contact team recommendation to retain LO (Limited Office)

Zoning hearing notification. Planning Commission hearing will be Tuesday, May 22, starting at 6pm. City Council hearing will be Thursday, June 28, starting at 2pm.
